This research exists because leadership is changing faster than the language we use to describe it. As AI absorbs more of the work, what remains valuable is distinctly human: judgement, purpose, trust and presence. The Observatory is gathering evidence on what that shift actually looks like from the inside. Your responses are anonymous. They are aggregated into the Future of Leadership Report, and nothing you write is attributed to you or shared individually. We also ask about Human Design. It is used only as a lens for how you are naturally built to make decisions and use energy, never to categorise, score or rank you. You will be asked for your birth details so your chart can be calculated as part of this journey. There are no right or wrong answers. Nothing here is a test.
